Hi Sheila,

Interesting piece as always. Not to nit-pick but in the video clip they were saying that Syria is Sunni, without specifying what the Syrian government/power structure is (predominantly Alawi).

In fact, the vast majority (almost 75% according to the CIA World Fact Book) of Syrians are Sunnis and have a very rich traditional/orthodox heritage.
